Booking conditions and Payments terms

· All payments must be paid for in full, at time of booking.

· For regular, long term bookings such as weekly dog walking, the first 8 visits are payable in advance after this, we will invoice you monthly in arrears. Nett 7 Days.

Payment Options
· Cheque (payable to Pampered Paws and Whiskers), Cash or Bankcard, Master Card, Visa.

Booking Cancellations
· Any bookings cancelled with less than 2 days notice from start date….money forfeited for first two days of booking. Credit* or refund for remaining days. · Credits are redeemable within 6 months on any PP&W Service.

Booking Date Changes
· Any money that has been paid for dates rescheduled with less than 2 days notice , will be forfeited. · Any new dates added to the bookings will be charged accordingly. · Date changes with more than 2 days notice can be made readily, as required, subject to availability.

Please note: the above scenarios are based on 2 days notice being Today and Tomorrow.

Date change Example - Say you arrive home 3 days earlier than planned and cancel our services for the last 3 days of booking. Once you notify us, you will forfeit the money paid for the next 2 days of pet care, and the money you have paid for the third day of pet care will remain as a credit for future booking within 6 months, or refunded.

Travel Surcharges

May apply to bookings accepted outside a carer's area, when agreed to by client.

Unforseen Circumstances

There may be circumstances where a Pampered Paws and Whiskers Carer is required to spend extra time with your pet, for its own well-being. These circumstances may be, but are not limited to, the need to take your pet to a visit to a vet, employ a locksmith to enable access to your property or return your pet which is at large. You accept that PP&W has the right to determine when these services are necessary in your absence and to invoice you to cover any expenses incurred.

What if your dog runs away while you are on holidays?

* All dogs in our care wear a PP&W dog tag bearing our phone number whilst their owners are away. We will collect your dog and return him or her to your home.
